I'm proud that Zhongbang has taken root in Lanzhou in the "Western Development Initiative". I am the son of a farmer. My parents' diligence, kindness and simplicity have taught me how to be a person and do things, and inspired me to grow up. I am grateful to my parents. My colleagues have followed and supported me without complaint or regret, which has made my career and life glorious. I am grateful to my colleagues. The favor from a large number of distributors and customers has enabled Zhongbang's products to gain a firm foothold in the market and the brand to become well-known far and wide. I am grateful to the distributors and customers. The great reform and opening up has provided the people of all nations with the soil for survival, the source of wealth creation and the passion to venture out into the world. I am grateful for this era of openness and progress.
Be grateful and one should repay. From its tumultuous initial stage, Zhongbang has grown into a holding group integrating multiple business forms such as wire and cable manufacturing, commercial complex operation, hotel investment, real estate development and property services. I have devoted all my sincerity to making good products and treating every member of Zhongbang with all my honesty. I have woven one dream after another. I have kept my word and achieved it. Building a century-old Zhongbang is my vision, and making the people of Zhongbang smile is my responsibility. In the future, I will always adhere to the principle of "strict but not dead, dynamic but not chaotic" in running the enterprise, and be responsible for my family, my employees and my products. We will continue to create an outstanding platform for Zhongbang people to display their talents and realize their aspirations, ensuring that all colleagues can be "fully empowered" at Zhongbang and live a prosperous and wonderful life within their own boundaries of authority and responsibility. As the founder and chairman, I will continue to be a good guide for Zhongbang, seeing where others cannot, calculating the accounts that others cannot, and managing the matters that others cannot, leading Zhongbang to move steadily and far. I will never slack off in building a spiritual home full of family affection with my team, striving to create an increasingly prosperous material paradise, so that all the people of Zhongbang can earn respect and be composed and carefree, and Zhongbang will set out again.
