Rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below flexible mineral-insulated fire-resistant cables are used in nuclear power plants, mines, metallurgy, chemical industry, and kiln manufacturing, etc., in high-temperature environments. They have low-smoke, non-combustible, non-toxic, and fire-resistant characteristics. They are free from the constraints of metal sheaths, overcoming the electrical defects of metal-sheathed cables in terms of electrical performance. The current-carrying capacity, voltage withstand level, and insulation resistance level have been significantly improved. They are not easy to absorb moisture, and the insulation performance is more stable. They can be manufactured with multiple cores and fixed lengths without intermediate joints. Their flexible structure makes them easy to bend, and they do not require special terminals. They are suitable for various laying methods, and general electrical personnel can use conventional cable laying methods. Construction and maintenance are simple, and the overall cost is greatly reduced.
