As the new year dawns, all things are renewed. From January 16 to 18, 2026, the Zhongbang Enterprise Group held its 2025 Annual Performance Review Meeting for Management Personnel, its 2026 Work Conference, and its Year-End Gala at the Sheraton Lanzhou Hotel. More than 600 representatives—including the entire management team of Zhongbang Enterprise Group, top sales performers from across the country, and other distinguished awardees—gathered to reflect on the past year’s hard work and to jointly write a new chapter in the Group’s development for 2026.
 

Zhongbang Enterprise Group 2025 Annual Cadre Performance Review Conference

From January 16 to 17, a comprehensive performance review meeting for all cadres was successfully held under the theme “The first 25 years marked the beginning of Zhongbang’s journey as an outstanding platform; the next 25 years will see Zhongbang employees smiling with pride.” A total of 69 cadres delivered reports on their annual achievements, the problems and shortcomings encountered, their work plans for 2026, and their understanding and impressions of the various reforms advanced by the Group in 2025. Through sharing practical experience, identifying weaknesses and areas for improvement, and putting forward constructive suggestions, the cadres fully demonstrated a pragmatic and truth-seeking work style as well as a strong sense of responsibility and proactive commitment.

The Chairman reviewed the company’s 26-year journey of hard work and perseverance, emphasizing that it is precisely the steadfast dedication and tireless efforts of successive generations of managers and employees in their everyday roles that have laid the solid foundation for today’s enterprise. In the face of unprecedented market competition, the corporate group has made adjustments to the sales organizational structure and human resources, entrusting the marketing function to the Sales Association and affording it full trust and support; the company, for its part, will ensure robust service and support. The Chairman provided a comprehensive exposition of the corporate culture, management philosophy, and future strategic direction. Looking ahead to the new year, all managers are urged to take this performance-reporting meeting as a fresh starting point, adopt a “zero-based mindset,” and confront difficulties and challenges with greater confidence and courage. Guided by the “Seven Principles of Selection and Deployment,” the company will uphold the principle of “selecting commanders before sending troops into battle,” ensuring that Zhongbang has already identified and prepared capable leaders for the 2026 sales targets. We must inspire young managers with hope and ensure they are given meaningful opportunities; at the same time, we must honor and value senior employees as the “ballast” that underpins the company’s sustained growth. This performance-reporting meeting serves both as a review and as a new beginning—transforming our reflections into concrete, actionable measures to effectively implement corporate policies and execute our strategic vision.

Zhongbang Enterprise Group 2026 Work Conference

On the morning of January 18, a grand 2026 Work Conference was held under the theme: “Building Corporate Culture, Building the Zhongbang Brand, Putting Customers First—Zhongbang Must Be Fully Prepared and Actively Respond to the Unprecedented ‘Intense Competition.’” The conference was chaired by Jin Sai, General Manager of the Lanzhou Branch.

The conference honored outstanding sales leaders, top performers, and exemplary employees. Dong Junjie, General Manager of the Xi’an Branch, read out the 2025 Awards Decision, after which the Chairman and senior executives of the Group presented awards to the winners and posed for commemorative photos. Each award and every medal stands as a testament to the hard work and achievements of the recipients over the past year—recognition that not only honors their contributions but also serves as a powerful source of motivation to keep pushing forward. We hope that all those recognized will continue to strive for excellence and set an inspiring example in their respective roles!

The third Association Gathering was officially established, with the leadership teams of the eleven associations taking to the stage one after another to introduce themselves and deliver statements. The Chairman, together with the general managers of the Lanzhou and Xi’an branches and the Sales Director, presented them with official appointment plaques.

Representatives of outstanding individuals and teams who have received various awards took to the stage one after another to share their heartfelt insights. They emphasized how, thanks to the exceptional platform provided by Zhongbang, they have grown and matured in their respective roles. With unadorned yet sincere words, they conveyed the Zhongbang ethos of truth-seeking, pragmatism, simplicity, and positivity, profoundly embodying the corporate spirit of “integrity, uprightness, and kindness.” Their remarks not only highlighted the power of role models but also expressed deep gratitude toward the company, a passionate dedication to their work, and unwavering confidence in the future.

The Chairman led all cadres in meeting with the nation’s top sales elites. Faced with unprecedented challenges, Zhongbang has not succumbed to complacency; instead, it has risen to the occasion and responded proactively. The Chairman spoke with great pride about Zhongbang’s sales champions, expressing heartfelt gratitude to both the veteran members who have stood by the company through thick and thin and to the second-generation leaders who are working tirelessly to drive growth—these individuals are the source of confidence for Zhongbang’s 3,000 families. “Believe in yourself, believe in the team, believe in Zhongbang—we can win!” Gala Celebration

On the afternoon of January 18, a festive gala themed “Believe in Yourself, Believe in Your Team, Believe in Zhongbang—We Can Win!” kicked off joyfully.

More than 230 cadres and employees from various positions across the group, along with elite members of the National Sales Association, jointly created, directed, and performed 17 outstanding programs featuring dances, skits, and choral performances. The lineup was vibrant and diverse, fostering a relaxed yet enthusiastic atmosphere at the event.

At the conclusion of the gala, the presidents and vice-presidents of the various friendship associations within the sales system brought the atmosphere to a thrilling climax with a rousing performance of “All Hands on Deck.” Their powerful, resonant voices conveyed a shared commitment to unity and collective strength, boldly proclaiming their resolve to move forward together.

The raffle segment of the gala truly brought the atmosphere to a fever pitch, thanks to the generous prizes on offer. A total of 94 prizes were awarded, including the grand prize—a 512GB iPhone 17 Pro; first prize—an iPhone 17 with 256GB storage; second prize—a Huawei WATCH GT6 smartwatch; third prize—a rolling suitcase; and a lucky prize—a Joyoung rice cooker. Each draw sparked cheers and anticipation from the audience, adding even more surprises and joy to the event.

As the Chairman pressed the lottery button, the grand prize for this gala was drawn.
