Gathering New Strength, Embarking on a New Journey - Zhonbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group's 2024 Spring New Employee Training Successfully Concludes

New year, new look. From March 1st to 11th, 2024, Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group's spring recruitment concluded successfully after a rigorous selection process involving resume collection, interviews, and trial periods. A total of 460 resumes were received, resulting in fierce competition. Ultimately, 77 new employees were hired.
Jin Sai, General Manager of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, met with the new employees to welcome them. Jin expressed his hope that everyone would quickly adapt to their new positions and work environment, embrace the company's culture and values, abide by company regulations, and become qualified Zhongbang employees. Secondly, he encouraged them to quickly integrate into their teams and build positive working relationships with colleagues. Thirdly, he urged them to be courageous in taking on challenges, to be responsible, detail-oriented, and maintain a high-efficiency and high-quality work attitude. Finally, he wished them success in their respective departments and positions, and a smooth career at Zhongbang!
To help new employees quickly understand the company culture and regulations, and better integrate into the work environment, new employee onboarding training was conducted from March 11th to 15th. This training was comprehensive and covered a wide range of topics, including workplace adaptation, company culture, regulations, safety education, and team formation, providing comprehensive support for new employees to quickly adapt to their new environment. Before the training began, the administrative department organized all new employees to fill out onboarding information, collect employee photos, sign employment contracts, arrange dormitories, process meal cards, etc. All work proceeded smoothly, making new employees feel welcome and at home.
Jin Yinqiang, founder, chief engineer, and chairman of Zhongbang Enterprise Group, extended a warm welcome to the new employees. The chairman mentioned that meeting with new employees is a Zhongbang tradition, part of its culture, and his responsibility. He described the recruitment process as "thousands of troops crossing a single-plank bridge," highlighting that the new hires are high-quality, capable individuals selected through rigorous screening. He emphasized that they bring fresh "blood" to Zhongbang, helping families change their destinies. He stressed that joining Zhongbang requires sincerity, honesty, and diligence. Zhongbang has a comprehensive set of regulations, and the team leader responsibility system makes management more efficient and streamlined. He hoped that everyone would "manage themselves well, do small things well, maintain integrity, and keep things simple," strictly following company procedures, embracing the company culture, and obeying company management. He reiterated Zhongbang's consistent payroll on the 15th of each month, a promise to all employees. He also mentioned employee benefits for Women's Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Winter Solstice, as well as company-wide health checkups, to demonstrate the company's care for its employees. Zhongbang adheres to the management principle of "people-oriented, life first, safety first," urging employees to be responsible for their own safety, ensuring peace of mind for their families, and contributing to their colleagues and the company. He encouraged a work-life balance, emphasizing that Zhongbang employees are simple, pragmatic, and sincere.
