Warm congratulations on the topping-out ceremony of the Zhongbang Changan County project

On the morning of August 26, 2024, the topping-off ceremony for the main structure of the Zhongbang Changan County project was grandly held at the construction site. Leaders in attendance included Dong Junjie, General Manager of Zhongbang (Xi'an) Cable Group; Wang Haidong, General Manager of Zhongbang Guoma Group; Jin Xin, Business Director of Zhongbang Guoma Group; Wang Guoqiang, Production Director of Zhongbang (Xi'an) Cable Group; Chen Fugang, Sales Director of Zhongbang (Xi'an) Cable Group; Li Longyuan, Financial Director of Zhongbang Enterprise Group; Ju Yupeng, Project Manager of Gansu No. 5 Construction Group Co., Ltd.; and Song Haiping, Business Department Manager of Puma Project Management Group Co., Ltd. More than 130 people, including on-site management personnel and laborers, participated in the topping-off ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Jin Xin, Business Director of Zhongbang Guoma Group.
At 10:30 am, the topping-off ceremony officially began. Wang Haidong, General Manager of Zhongbang Guoma Group, introduced the project overview. The Zhongbang Changan County project is the first high-end residential project invested by Zhongbang Enterprise Group in Xi'an. It boasts a superior geographical location, south of the North Second Ring Road and west of Zhuhong Road, with convenient transportation due to its proximity to Metro Lines 2 and 8. It is also adjacent to the thousand-acre Hancheng Lake Park and the high-quality educational resources of Jingkai Primary School. The mature and rich living environment includes complete medical and other supporting facilities. Zhongbang Changan County, built on a 24-mu plot of land in the core of Xi'an, features a 1.8 plot ratio and one elevator per household. It offers 143 units of townhouses, courtyard mansions, and sky villas, with areas ranging from 143 to 431 square meters. With meticulous craftsmanship, it creates an exclusive domain for urban elites in the bustling city, representing a rare high-end residential product in Xi'an's housing market.
Ju Yupeng, Project Manager of Gansu No. 5 Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Song Haiping, Business Department Manager of Puma Project Management Group Co., Ltd., respectively made statements on the safety, quality, and construction of the construction site.
At 10:58 am, the auspicious time, as the last bucket of concrete was slowly hoisted, firecrackers rang out. The leaders and workers attending the ceremony jointly completed the pouring of the last batch of concrete for the project's main structure. The topping-off ceremony for Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 of the Zhongbang Changan County project was successfully completed simultaneously.
The topping-off of the main structure of the Zhongbang Changan County project marks a significant milestone and a new starting point. Subsequent installation work, landscaping, and exterior decoration will proceed in an orderly manner. It is believed that with its first-class location and first-class products, the Zhongbang Changan County project will become a classic in Xi'an's high-end residential market upon completion.
