Students from Xi'an International Studies University visit Zhongbang, broadening their career horizons and deepening school-enterprise exchanges

On May 20, 2025, more than 30 teachers and students from Xi'an International Studies University visited Zhongbang to participate in a career exploration activity. This event aimed to bridge the gap between theory and practice for students, encouraging them to study hard and actively improve their skills.
The visit began with a tour of the company's cultural exhibition hall, where the students learned about Zhongbang Group's corporate culture of "integrity, honesty, and kindness," as well as its development history and commitment to its vision of a "centennial Zhongbang." Following this, students were guided through the intelligent production line, receiving detailed explanations of product R&D logic, key production processes, and the operation standards of intelligent equipment. This provided students with a clear understanding of the connection between theoretical knowledge and industrial practice.
The final interactive Q&A session covered company recruitment needs, job requirements, career development paths, industry trends, and the driving role of technological innovation in industrial upgrading. Production management concepts and comprehensive quality control measures were also explained using real-life production scenarios. During the open Q&A, students engaged in in-depth discussions with company representatives on career planning and job-seeking skills. School faculty shared their insights from the visit, emphasizing the value of the activity in helping students understand industrial practices.
This activity not only helped students clarify their career paths and boost their learning motivation, preparing them for future employment, but also enhanced the company's reputation and visibility among universities, laying a solid foundation for future school-enterprise cooperation.
