Zhonbang Speed, Protecting the Lanzhou Marathon: Zhonbang Enterprise Group's Emergency Response to Extreme Weather
On May 24, 2025, Lanzhou experienced sudden extreme winds. Three Chinese parasol trees were uprooted, and a century-old jujube tree was broken in half at the Jinshuiwan South Square, scattering branches across a 300-square-meter area. This seriously threatened the safety of the "Yellow River Scenic Line International Marathon" scheduled for the next day. Facing this emergency, Zhonbang Enterprise Group immediately activated its emergency plan, and property management center executives rushed to the scene to organize rescue efforts.
In this rescue operation, the Lanzhou company urgently dispatched 5 executives and employees, allocating 2 forklifts and 1 transport vehicle, cooperating with 19 executives and employees from Guoma. In 5.5 hours, the rescue team successfully completed the cutting and removal of fallen trees, branch clearing, site restoration, and safety inspections, ensuring the timely restoration of the event venue and the smooth holding of the marathon.
This rescue operation fully demonstrated the courage, dedication, and teamwork of Zhonbang employees, reflecting the company's rapid response and efficient execution in handling emergencies. The executives and employees involved in the rescue operation, in particular, bravely faced the adverse weather conditions, demonstrating their sense of responsibility and commitment through their actions.
On May 26, the Lanzhou company, Xi'an company, and Zhonbang Guoma used morning meetings to organize all executives and employees to learn from this incident. Those who participated in the rescue operation were rewarded with a bonus of 200 yuan each.
