Years like a song, feelings remain the same -- Zhonbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group held a farewell party for glorious retirees in 2022

On the morning of December 30th, a warm atmosphere of farewell filled the second meeting room of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group. General Manager Jin Sai, Sales Director Du Guoying, Production Director Liu Yixing, and Administrative Manager Liu Chunyan gathered to hold a farewell party for eight employees, including Liu Youlong and Wei Cuili, who were retiring honorably.
At the farewell party, General Manager Jin Sai fully affirmed the eight retirees' years of dedicated work and expressed heartfelt gratitude for their hard work and contributions to Zhongbang's cause.
Reflecting on their careers, retiree Liu Youlong was deeply moved, sharing with tears in his eyes his journey at Zhongbang over 21 years. From an initial monthly salary of 360 yuan to over 7000 yuan today, he expressed deep gratitude to the company for providing him with a platform to support himself and his family, ensuring their comfortable living. During his years at the company, he not only gained wealth and work skills but also made many close friends and colleagues, experiencing simple happiness. He thanked Zhongbang! Although leaving today, he felt reluctant to part and wished Zhongbang continued success.
Director Du Guoying and Director Liu Yixing both mentioned, that the eight veteran employees had worked for Zhongbang for many years, some even since its inception. During their tenure, they were diligent, hardworking, and dedicated. Their hard work is a spirit worthy of emulation by all Zhongbang employees. 'The most beautiful sunset,' retirement is a turning point in life, but also a new beginning. We hope they will all find more happiness.
Though reluctant to part, farewells must come. The simple yet grand farewell party was both a full affirmation of the veteran employees' work and an encouragement to younger employees, further strengthening the relationship between retirees and the company and promoting team cohesion. Finally, General Manager Jin Sai hoped that the eight veteran employees would continue to care about Zhongbang's development after retirement and wished them a happy, healthy, and peaceful retirement!
