Multi-dimensional training for new employees marks the start of their new journey - Zhonbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group's 2023 Spring New Employee Training concludes successfully

On February 24, 2023, over 100 people from all over the country gathered at Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, embarking on a new chapter in their lives. As the newest members of Zhongbang, they were unfamiliar with the work environment and content. To help new employees better understand the corporate culture, company regulations, and work processes, and to integrate into the company's work and life more quickly, the company assigned dedicated personnel, clarified training requirements, combined practical work assignments, enriched training content, and organized all new employees for onboarding training to help them adapt to the new environment, familiarize themselves with new positions, and transition into their new roles.
Strengthening corporate publicity and enhancing engagement to retain employees. A visit to the corporate culture exhibition center provided new employees with a basic understanding of Zhongbang's company overview, founding date, development opportunities, and patents and honors achieved throughout its journey.
Liu Chunyan, manager of the Administration Department, conducted training on the "Human Resource Management System," "Attendance Management," and "Compensation Management" systems for new employees, helping them grasp the most basic and practical system processes and quickly integrate into company life.
Jin Sai, General Manager of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, met with the new employees and welcomed them to the company on behalf of the company. To integrate into a company, one must identify with its culture. Every company has its unique historical background and corporate culture. Only by identifying with the company, its history, and cultural connotations can one achieve a profound understanding and integrate into the company. Liu Yixing, Director of Production, gave a detailed explanation to the new employees on three aspects: the production center overview, safety production requirements, and safety production. Safety production is paramount to the company; meticulous management, safe operations, and respect for processes... ...all reflect the company's serious attitude towards safety. It is also hoped that new employees will gain a further understanding of the production process and how to ensure safety through this training and on-site trial work, ensuring that they can prioritize safety, maintain high efficiency, and earn more in their future work.
To help new employees cultivate a spirit of perseverance and endurance, enhance their physical fitness, and build their will, two hours of military training were conducted every morning during the training period.
After submitting resumes, attending on-site interviews, completing onboarding training, and undergoing physical military training, On March 2, 100 new employees successfully signed employment contracts with Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, officially becoming Zhongbang employees.
