On the morning of March 6, 2023, Cheng Xiaobo, Standing Committee Member of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the CPC, Vice Governor and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Government, and Director (concurrent) of the Provincial Military-Civil Fusion Development Office, visited Lanzhou Zhongbang Wire and Cable Group Co., Ltd. for an inspection. Jin Yinqiang, Chairman of Zhongbang Enterprise Group, warmly received him. Lu Jun, Deputy Director of the Gansu Provincial Department of Emergency Management and Commander of the Gansu Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps; Xing Lei, Party Secretary and Director of the Lanzhou Municipal Bureau of Emergency Management; and Cao Hongliang, Deputy Secretary of the Anning District Committee and District Head, accompanied the inspection. Jin Sai, Party Secretary and General Manager of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group; Liu Yixing, Director of Production; Fan Wentong, Manager of the Technology Department; and Zhao Enxing, Manager of the Equipment Department, participated in the reception.
Governor Cheng conducted a field inspection of the Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group's production base. Chairman Jin gave a report and introduction on the Zhongbang brand, the company's operating conditions, and the production, manufacturing processes, product quality, safety production environment, safety operation procedures, and personnel safety awareness of Zhongbang products. Chairman Jin stated that Zhongbang will closely follow the pace of Gansu Province's modernization development, using "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" as a starting point, exploring an innovative development path of science and education integration, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and transforming innovative achievements into visible "productive forces." Governor Cheng pointed out that in the relationship between production and safety, safety must come first. We must adhere to the "people-oriented" principle, prioritizing safety, prevention first, and comprehensive management. Under the premise of safe production, we should strive to improve production volume, increase sales, and expand market share.
Through the field inspection, Governor Cheng affirmed Zhongbang's achievements and mentioned that enterprises and entrepreneurs contribute to society, and taxation is the most basic social responsibility of enterprises. He hoped that Zhongbang, while ensuring safe production, could give back to society by paying more taxes and contributing more to society.
