To my colleagues at Zhonbang:
March 26th is a significant day for everyone at Zhonbang!
March 26th, 2000, marks the birth of Zhonbang Electric Wire & Cable, and the Zhonbang brand. For 22 years, Zhonbang people have upheld the corporate spirit of "integrity, honesty, and kindness," never forgetting our original aspirations and forging ahead. Through transformation and reform, Zhonbang has grown from a wire and cable factory into a large enterprise group with wire and cable as its main business, encompassing hotel management, property services, and commercial complex operations.
22 years of hard work have built Zhonbang into an excellent platform, earning respect from society and the trust of our clients. We have established a unique corporate culture and a highly efficient and well-organized management system, bringing a sense of honor and belonging to Zhonbang employees.
Looking ahead, various industries will continue to experience the survival of the fittest. As the founder and chairman of Zhonbang, my goal is to ensure efficient and orderly management, foster a positive work environment for our staff, and build Zhonbang into a modern enterprise with a strong brand, influence, recognition, and reputation. The sustainable development of Zhonbang is my focus. Only when Zhonbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, Zhonbang (Xi'an) Cable Group, and Zhonbang Guoma Group reach a certain scale, achieving high quality and low cost, will we attract customers and increase our competitiveness. Surviving in the face of a major economic downturn, repeated outbreaks of the epidemic, and a harsh business environment requires unity among Zhonbang people, a shared understanding of our corporate culture and management philosophy, the cultivation of self-discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I believe that our goal of enjoying our work and life, creating a prosperous material world and a warm and loving spiritual home, will be achieved.
