On the morning of May 11, 2022, Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group held fire safety training and drills at its Lanzhou company. The training was divided into two sessions. Participants included newly hired employees from various departments, specialized fire personnel from various factories, and all personnel from the security department. Instructor Wang Fawang, director of the Lanzhou Zheng'an Fire Safety Propaganda Center, was specially invited to conduct the fire safety training and drills.
The first half of the fire safety training was held in the multi-function hall. Instructor Wang used video footage of major fire accidents in recent years to demonstrate fire hazards in high-rise residential buildings and basic electrical knowledge, teaching participants how to avoid various fire safety hazards in daily life.
The second half of the fire drill was held in the parking lot east of the administration building, focusing on practical fire extinguishing exercises. Under the guidance of Instructor Wang, the trainees actively participated and practiced, mastering the usage of various fire extinguishers.
Finally, Liu Chunyan, manager of the administrative department, gave a summary speech, emphasizing that fire safety is everyone's responsibility. Only by recognizing the importance of fire safety and truly practicing 'prevention first, combining prevention and fire fighting' in our actions can we ensure safety. The company's annual fire safety training and drills aim to equip everyone with basic escape and self-rescue skills, enhance fire safety awareness in daily life, and safeguard life and property.
