Zhonbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group's production, technology, and quality system training mobilization meeting was successfully held

On the morning of April 12, at 9:00 am, presided over by Jin Sai, General Manager of Lanzhou Company, a production, technology, and quality system training mobilization meeting was held for cadres, supervisors, technical engineers, dispatchers, and process quality inspectors from the production, technology, and quality departments of Zhonbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group.
Jin Sai, General Manager of Lanzhou Company, read out the "Minutes of the Chairman's Office Meeting on April 8, 2022," conveying the spirit of the company's meeting and interpreting a series of policies issued by the company.
Du Guoying, Director of Production of Lanzhou Company, read out the "Responsibilities and Organization of Supervisors and Dispatchers" and the "Decision on the Employment of Dispatchers of Zhonbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group."
Wang Xiaotong, supervisor of the Production Center, Xu Ling, He Jianhong, Feng Weijun, Ji Yandong, team leader of the Technology Department, and Ma Zhongtao and Li Jinke, team leaders of the Quality Department, gave speeches on the company's policies, combining their own thoughts. The passionate speeches from the grassroots management representatives truly reflected everyone's confidence in future work.
Regarding how to achieve proactive prevention, getting it right the first time, and doing it well the first time, and how production, technology, and quality can cooperate and support each other, the quality manager, technology manager, and production supervisor made statements based on the spirit of the Chairman's Office Meeting on April 8, 2022, and the future work direction and plans.
Jin Sai, General Manager of Lanzhou Company, summarized the meeting and made requirements for future production, technology, and quality work and training. Combining the recent report on the handling of printing errors, the persistent problems we have had still cannot be effectively prevented or completely resolved. What qualities should each grassroots manager possess, how to avoid superficial and perfunctory work, and how to take more responsibility in signing and confirming—these are the requirements for the grassroots management team of the production, technology, and quality system. Work must be comprehensively grasped, and we must not neglect one aspect while focusing on another; quality, efficiency, and cost must be integrated throughout. The Technology Department should further go down to the production front line to solve practical problems and provide support to the factories. The Quality Department should be able to promptly identify and communicate problems and provide effective support to production. The weekly thematic training must not be empty; it should be planned and communicated in advance and carried out in a targeted manner, allowing everyone to truly learn something and apply it to their work in the training. The company will give everyone the time and environment to learn and improve. We sincerely hope that in the following work, each grassroots manager will be able to complete all tasks efficiently and with guaranteed quality, enjoying work during work hours and life after work.
