Pan Zhe, member of the Standing Committee of the Lanzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC and head of the Organization Department of the Lanzhou Municipal Committee, led a team to visit and inspect Lanzhou Zhongbang Electric Wire and Cable Group Co., Ltd.

On the morning of May 2, 2022, Pan Zhe, member of the Standing Committee of the Lanzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC and head of the Municipal Organization Department; Li Lingxiang, executive deputy head of the Municipal Organization Department; Ma Yongfu, deputy head of the Municipal Organization Department and director of the Municipal Institution Affairs Office; and Wang Lishan, secretary of the Anning District Committee of the CPC and secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, and others visited Lanzhou Zhongbang Wire and Cable Group Co., Ltd. for investigation and research. Jin Sai, Party secretary and general manager of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group; Du Guoying, production supervisor; and Liu Chunyan, administrative manager, warmly received them.
First, Minister Pan and his entourage visited the office building. At the corporate culture exhibition center, through explanations and conversations, they learned about Zhongbang Group's 22-year development history, equipment advantages, technological research and development, and sales network layout. They affirmed Zhongbang's achievements as a local Lanzhou enterprise, taking root in Northwest China, consistently focusing on its cable production, and the efforts and rewards along the way.
Following this, the research leaders went to the Zhongbang wire and cable production base and conducted an on-site inspection of the production line. Jin Sai, Party secretary and general manager of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, gave a detailed introduction from the aspects of the technological process, quality control, and advantageous products.
Finally, Minister Pan acknowledged Zhongbang's development philosophy of respecting the technological process, strictly controlling product quality, and consistently adhering to the production of high-quality products. He hoped that Zhongbang would remain steadfast in its beliefs, strengthen brand building, maintain a good development momentum, and forge a path of high-quality development.
