Gansu Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce New Generation Federation Delegation Visits Zhongbang for an Exchange

On the afternoon of April 16, 2023, Lu Suifeng, president of the Gansu Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce's New Generation Association, along with 25 members of the chamber, visited Zhongbang Enterprise Group for an exchange and inspection. They were warmly received by Jin Sai, Party Secretary and General Manager of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group; Wang Haidong, General Manager of Zhongbang International Trade; Li Longyuan, Chief Financial Officer of Zhongbang Enterprise Group; Jin Xin, Director of Business of Zhongbang International Trade; and Liu Yixing, Director of Production of Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, among others.
President Lu and his delegation first visited Zhongbang International Trade Group, touring the Zhongbang International Trade's large tree garden, 5A office building, the super five-star Sheraton Hotel, and the 49th-floor observation deck. Zhongbang International Trade boasts a superior geographical location, seamlessly connected to Metro Line 1. With a total construction area of 220,000 square meters and a total height of 239 meters, it not only houses the first international super five-star Sheraton Hotel in Gansu under the Marriott International Hotel Group, but also partnered with Huazhu Group to introduce Orange Crystal Hotel and Quanji Hotel. It is the first true super-high-rise urban complex in Anning District. The Chamber of Commerce delegation highly praised and recognized the hotel's brand positioning, geographical advantages, and its hardware and software facilities.
Following this, President Lu and his delegation visited Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, conducting an on-site tour of the production site and showroom. They observed the orderly production scene on the production line, the advanced equipment, and the high-quality industrial workers. They also listened to a speech by Chairman Jin Yinqiang, learning about Zhongbang's journey from its initial struggles to its current position as a top 20 player in the cable industry The hardships and glories of its development journey.
After the visit, the delegation held an exchange meeting in the conference room. General Manager Jin Sai extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Gansu Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce's New Generation Association on behalf of Zhongbang Enterprise Group. President Lu Suifeng introduced each member of the delegation.
The meeting adopted a question-and-answer format. Secretary-General Hu Ke of the Chamber of Commerce mentioned that after visiting Zhongbang International Trade and Zhongbang (Lanzhou) Cable Group, seeing "Integrity, Honesty, Kindness," "Manage Yourself, Do Small Things Well, Upright Character, Simple Living," and "Earn Respect Through Quality"—company mottos seen everywhere in the Zhongbang factory area— deeply moved him. He also highly recognized Zhongbang's corporate culture. Secretary-General Hu asked questions based on his observations and the company's long-term development.
General Manager Jin stated that a company's core competitiveness and its development philosophy are closely related. For a high-quality enterprise, its culture and business philosophy embody the wisdom and sweat of all Zhongbang people. Corporate inheritance and the sense of identity among cadres and employees are crucial. While management needs to broaden its thinking, culture and philosophy must not be separated. Future Zhongbang will continue to focus on wire and cable as its main business, adhering to the path of quality, the path of branding, and the path of a century-old Zhongbang.
Seeing on the wall of Zhongbang the slogan "Resource Sharing, Common Growth," President Lu mentioned that this is also the development philosophy of the Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce's New Generation Association. Today's visit to Zhongbang is also in the hope of mutual assistance and mutual benefit, hoping that everyone can pursue high-quality development in enterprise management.
